TWEEZERMAN International President Lisa Bowen (front, center) presents a $5,000 check to LICC Executive Director Linda Leonard and Lou Siena from the corporation's Second Bottom Line program for social responsibility. In addition to this gift, Tweezerman was a $5,000 sponsor for Endless Summer Party in September and also provided personal grooming items for auction baskets and gift bags. Tweezerman was the first corporation to form a partnership with LICC and we are honored to have their on-going support.

As a grassroots organization, we depend heavily on the support of the community. We are very grateful to these distinguished corporations for their gifts to Long Island Crisis Center. Their commitment to making our communities stronger and healthier makes a difference every day in the lives of Long Islanders.
(February 28, 2007) LICC receives $10,000 to support the Street Outreach Project.  Pictured here (from left to right),  Paul Fleishman, VP of Marketing and Deidra Parrish Williams, Manager of Community Affairs from Newsday, Linda Leonard, Executive Director and Andy Peters, Associate Director for Program Development from LICC, and Dale Cole, Community Affairs Project Manager from Newsday Charities.
Linda Leonard accepts a $14,000 check from Jim Pizzo on behalf of CMP Media, LLC on "CMP Day," celebrating the company's outreach effort to non-profit organizations. CMP is also sponsering a 4-week mentoring program that will match eight students from our PFY and Street Outreach Projects with a CMP employee. The students will learn about the publishing industry and develop skills and strategies for reaching their academic and career goals.
Thank you also to these recent corporate donors
